When you issue an invoice in ark.plan, ark.flow Compta receives it as a document with the PDF and all metadata (number, amounts, client, date) — ready for bank reconciliation.
On an ark.stock project, the “Invoice via ark.plan” button sends the bundle (items, discounts, client) to ark.plan which creates the quote with its own numbering. Single source of truth for every commercial document.
When ark.flow Compta detects a gear-purchase line on a supplier invoice, it shows up in ark.stock as an item suggestion — you approve, the item is created with name, brand, model, SKU and price already extracted.
Your clients exist once and are visible from every app in the suite. Search works in both directions, and duplicates are detected automatically with a “merge” button on the ark.plan side — no drifting lists.

Once the OAuth connection is enabled between any two suite apps (ark.plan, ark.stock, ark.flow Compta, ark.flow Fiduciaire), each one knows its siblings and displays in Settings the list of linked apps with live health status.
If data fails to move from one app to another (network outage, target app momentarily down), the suite retries automatically several times. If the failure persists, the source app shows an alert with the details — you know exactly what didn't get through and why.
