ark.swiss Sàrl is a Swiss company specialised in:

Your mission
For the ark suite software:
- Standard subscriptions: present the right app and guide the client through to subscription.
- Enterprise subscriptions or custom adaptations: pass us a qualified prospect whose interest is confirmed.
For our web services:
- Spot a website, business application or custom development project.
- Pass us a qualified prospect: need, timing and budget known, interest confirmed by the client.
Commission-based pay
- Independent status: no fixed pay, no exclusivity, no volume target.
- Commission only on amounts collected. Without the client's signature and payment, no commission is due.
- One rule based on your role: 10% for a qualified prospect, 15% if you lead the sale to signature or subscription.
- ark suite software: the rate applies to subscriptions collected during 12 months.
- Websites, applications and custom development: the rate applies to the amount collected excl. VAT.
- Tiers based on the amount collected excl. VAT across all your deals in the year: +2 points from CHF 30'000, +3 from CHF 60'000, +5 from CHF 100'000, on the following deals.
- Your network first: acquaintances, referrals, meetings. No cold emailing. Before any contact, you declare the company in our referrer management app; we approve it within 24 business hours and the prospect is assigned to you. A plain list of contacts does not earn a commission.
- Commission is due on contracts signed within 12 months of the prospect's approval. It is approved no later than 7 days after collection; you then send your invoice, paid within 30 days of receipt.
Desired profile
- You already have a network in at least one field: SMEs, services, retail, fiduciaries, equipment rental, associations or public bodies.
- You know how to qualify a need and lead a sale through to signature.
- You work independently or want to build a side business.
- You value autonomy, flexibility and commission-based work.
