Once this partnership is established, we work together on each specific project. For each project, we discuss specific requirements, agree on terms and rates, and sign a contract. Then we move on to the design phase, either from scratch or based on an existing mockup. We then work closely with you to refine the product until we have a solution that fully meets your expectations. Once the website is deployed, we will send you the remaining invoice and establish a maintenance and update strategy to ensure the sustainability of your site.

How does the billing work?

Our billing policy is based on a project model, with clearly defined payment milestones and conditions agreed upon with you. Our payment schedule includes a 40% deposit upon contract signature, followed by a 60% payment upon project delivery. We are flexible and can invoice the client directly or you, as per your requirements. Our base hourly rate is $100, but we offer decreasing rates for large-scale projects or significant volumes, which can go as low as $80 per hour.

Can we edit the website after delivery?

The ease of editing and managing your website depends on the chosen solution and your level of experience with it. If you have limited skills, we offer subscriptions to help you manage and update your website effectively. WordPress-based solutions are generally easy to edit, even for non-expert users. However, if you choose the Framer solution, a platform subscription will be required, and editing may be more complex if you are not already familiar with the tool. That's why we recommend our subscription solutions, which include your choice of hosting, domain name, updates, and a certain number of editing hours per month, to provide you with a worry-free website management experience.

The implementation deadline varies depending on the scale of the project. We are committed to meeting established deadlines. For a one-page site with clear information, the deadline is generally around 5 days. For more complex projects, it can take several months.
